    Description

    Antique 21" Wax Head Doll Straw Filled Body Sleeper eyes Handmade clothing AS IS.  What you see is what you will receive.  Please see pictures for details on condition.  The doll is being sold as is since the condition is not great.  You can see an opening in the torso that confirms it is straw filled.  The appendages are only held to the torso by the cloth.  There are no makers marks that I am aware of.  The clothing appears to be handmade and not original.  Cracks, scrapes, decay are all present.  Based on the estate the doll was taken from, my guess would be late 1920's to early 30's.  I am not an expert.  Thanks
