DARROW RAWHIDE DOLL original dress EXTREMELY RARE! 14” 1860s.
Very few of these dolls still exist and when they do the paint is often completely missing, many of them fell victim to rodents over the years because of the rawhide construction of the heads.
Made in Bristol, Connecticut between 1866 and 1870 by Franklin Elijah Darrow.
