    Description

I AM NOT SELLING A KIT
    ,
only new, full-size copies of vintage
    PLANS
to build BOTH a Jim Walker UC
    FIREBALL
    & Cal Smith's updated
    FIREBALL BIPE
    .
    The publication "
    Cal Smith on Model Building"
    had the only
    PLANS
    to a Jim Walker
    FIREBALL
    biplane I have found. The
    FIREBALL BIPE
is seen on the cover of Cal's manual.
I enlarged the plans to match up with the full-size patterns that were printed in the construction article. The top wing has a 35" span. Cal shows a .19 engine on his
    PLANS
    .
The whole idea was to add an extra wing to your
    FIREBALL
kit. A knowledgeable modeler will be able to build the
    FIREBALL BIPLANE
from these plans as Cal originally intended.
I INCLUDE BOTH MONOPLANE & BIPLANE PLANS IN THIS OFFER + COPIES OF THE CONSTRUCTION ARTICLES.
Remember that the fuselage was pre-carved. So, finding an early kit plan would not show any more of the fuselage than this plan. One of my pictures shows an old kit that sold on eBay so that you can have a visual for this.
    I include a copy of a full-size copy of a
    FIREBALL
    kit
    PLAN
that was published in the long defunct American Aircraft Modeler magazine.
    AS A
    BONUS
    I INCLUDE A FULLSIZE
    COPY
OF MY RARE ORIGINAL JIM WALKER
    "HOW-U-DO"
INSTRUCTION SHEET FOR BUILDING & FLYING A FIREBALL. THIS IS A HISTORIC DOCUMENT! EVERY ROOKIE U-CONTROL FLYER IN THE 1940s HAD TO BUY A FIREBALL AND LEARN
    "HOW-TO-DO-IT"
FROM THIS SHEET OF PAPER! See this sheet of history in picture 5.
I AM NOT SELLING A KIT
, only new, full-size copies of BOTH PLANS.
YOU ARE PURCHASING A NEW, FULL-SIZE COPY OF THE ORIGINAL MAGAZINE
