    This is a Limited Edition Plate # HR 6163 by Bill Bell by the Franklin Mint presented by the McDonald's Corporation of "GOLDEN SUMMER" - a California themed collectible plate with a set of brackets for a stand for display, the Franklin Mint Certificate of Authenticity and a letter from the Franklin Mint.
