    How to use?
    You could put the flat side on the floor and face the dome side.
    Put the hemisphere side facing down and face the flat side to exercise whole body or target specific problem areas.

    Easy Inflation & Setup:
    1. Remove Half Yoga Ball Balance Trainer from the box.
    2. Connect pump and hose together to blow out air.
    3. Insert the hose into the half balls.
    4. Pump up to 7.8 inches at the tallest point.
    5. Quickly remove the hose and insert plug all the way securely.
    6. Flip over and Connect the Resistance Band by pushing in and turning.
