    This is a new Q-8300-AT-L QRT MAX self tensioning, automatic locking, wheelchair tie down system with Occupant Restraint Regular Lap and L-Track Shoulder Belt. The QRT MAX Retractors provided in this Kit are mounted for L-Track Anchorages.
