This is a seldom found, museum quality,
all original,
very fine quality, poured wax,
turned shoulder head
, young lady doll with strikingly beautiful, inset blue glass eyes. She stands, 15 inches tall, in those
adorable, brown heeled boots with lovely gold painted trim & side buttons, original fancy stockings with gold paper trim
and multi-layered
original clothing
. She has her original, sawdust-filled cloth body with
shaped derriere
, perfect wax covered, composition lower arms and her (now silent)
cry box
in her torso. She has the most endearing
, slightly shy
expression with nicely molded features and her fabulous original, long light brown, human hair wig with hand sewn, center-part and long braids and ribbon ties. This treasure wears her original charming, long pantalettes, petticoat and full slip beneath her light blue fitted gown with bustle back and lace trim and is in excellent condition with no cracks or chips, no damages* and no odors or fading as she is from a smoke free home. Her polished muslin legs are somewhat fragile due to age and one has a (no harm) *professional surgical tape repair to avoid leakage of sawdust. (loc 37) She will be carefully, double-wrapped in foam and shipped PRIORITY to ensure safe delivery. Her wonderful antique doll buggy with mechanical baby doll and wax infant doll (last photo) are
