Tacoma DM912 Acoustic 12 string guitar with original case

I love the sound of a 12 string and she sings like an angel but my house has been over run with guitars, which was awesome when my 3 boys and their friends were around but they have moved away and I have way too many guitars in our home for me to practically enjoy at this stage of my life.
I am guessing this is pre Fender as there are no finish issues. It is a satin finish and there are very few marks - PLEASE SEE ALL PICTURES!  The case has certainly done its job and does show significant wear - Again, please see pics.
IMPORTANT - This plays well up until about the 5th fret, at which point there is fret buzz - I am no luthier and tried loosening the truss rod to no avail. It does sing well up to that point and who plays a 12 string beyond that point anyway?! All the cowboy chords sound like a harp even without the strings having been changed for some time.
Perhaps you can remedy the buzz but please understand that you are getting a used instrument with challenges beyond the 5th fret. I am in no way desperate but would like to see her go to a home where she sees more love than I can give her.
If you are unhappy, just send her back but I ask that you handle all postage costs unless I have misrepresented something, Which I am trying very hard NOT to do!
