Vintage 1920's Miniature Porcelain Flapper Girl Doll w Original Clothes German?

Description

A vintage miniature flapper doll with her original flapper outfit. She measures 4 7/8" long and 1.5" wide. The porcelain is dirty and needs a detailed cleaning but I do not see any chips or damage. The body seems to be stuffed cloth with ceramic legs, arms, and neck/head. Looks like some numbers impressed on her upper leg but I cannot make them out.
