Used-signs of use but overall solid metal, no nail holes, still Shows Well
South Carolina State Automobile License Plate Tag has some normal signs of use, surface rust
,
scratches, few scuffs, paint flaking but still is in overall fair to good shape for age.  Still lays flat. No nail holes. Solid Metal.
