This is a
Vintage PreOwned Hocking Waterford WAFFLE Creamer Depression Glass Nice Condition.
It is very nice, no chips or cracks, but has a small defect near the top edge on one side of the pour spout.  At first you might think it is a crack, but it is just a hair-shaped line. Kinda looks like a mark with a sharpie, but couldn't get it off. It is visible in the spout close-up photos
