  • Condition: The guitar and neck are in very good overall condition. The top has two finish cracks and one ding. Action is good - guitar is very playable.

    WALDEN G1070 all solid wood acoustic guitar
    (top and back are solid wood, sides are laminate)

    Red Cedar top, Mahogany back and sides, rosewood neck.  Sides may be laminate, but top and back are solid wood.
    This is a Grand Auditorium size instrument.  11 inches across at the top and
    15-1/2 inches across at the widest part of the body.  The body is 4-1/2 inches deep.
    It is comfortable to hold and play.  Projection and tone are very good. Good quality guitar.
    Action is good; guitar is very playable.  Finger picking guitar.  Includes a hard-shell case.
    Top has finish cracks (two of them) one is 2 inches long, the other is 1-1/2 inches long.
    There is a ding in the top.  Please see photos.

    NOTE:  One viewer of this listing told me the G1070 has laminated sides, but the top and back are solid wood.
    I have not been able to confirm this.  I do know that the top and back are solid wood.  I don't know why they
    would have used laminate for the sides and I don't really care.  The guitar sounds great - all that really matters.
